You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbing login credentials. You must not share your phbing account password with any third party. phbing will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your phbing account using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your phbing account, you must contact phbing support immediately.

Deposits are credited to your phbing wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. phbing does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method on your phbing account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. phbing targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times. phbing reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
A phbing account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. phbing may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the phbing fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phbing platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phbing content without the prior written consent of phbing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbing's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the phbing platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbing wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phbing platform, even if phbing has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phbing does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the phbing platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phbing's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

By using the phbing platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phbing Privacy Policy. phbing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phbing will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the phbing platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
